Rwazi
In my role as a Design Specialist on the Consumer Insights team at Rwazi, I help translate complex data into visuals people actually understand and want to read. Since joining, I’ve created a wide range of data designs — from carousels to infographics to full data stories — all crafted to make insights more accessible and engaging. I also led the redesign of the Market Mosaic newsletter, which ended up improving key metrics across the board: higher open rates, more verified clicks, and fewer unsubscribes. I worked with the team to launch our new interview series, Conversations with Market Mosaic, and contributed to refreshing the Rwazi website to make it clearer, more consistent and more user-friendly. Beyond design, I collaborate closely with the data and content teams to shape stronger narratives, and I support our LinkedIn growth efforts — which helped us hit 330K+ impressions in just a few months. Overall, my work sits at the intersection of data, design and storytelling — making insights not just accurate, but genuinely impactful.
