I had a mentorship session with Mariam Adeoti on June 21st, 2021, and I must say, it was a valuable and impactful experience. The session was focused on Data Analysis(transitioning into tech, getting a first role). During the session, I learned how to do a better data cleaning. I also learned how to focus on the right resources to learn the basics right, and building a strong online presence by sharing what you have learnt day by day to land a first data role. My mentor provided practical advice that made everything clear to me. What I loved about her was how cheerful, straightforward and attentive she was during the session. I also loved how she gave me the right response that cleared what I was unclear about. I plan on taking actions on what we discussed including learning with Data camp only for a month and building a strong online presence by putting what i have learnt as each day passed.
